ISP recommendation

Been asked to do a fairly basic website that will be used to store personal data - basically names / addresses of users.

I'm a bit wary of the security aspects though ...

I'm thinking that the minimum I should be looking at is SSL - although it may be that I need to host the site on a 'non-shared' server.

Anyone any experience of this / can recommend an ISP that would do this.

BTW - site will be PHP / MySQL on Apache
