Depending on what you want it for, you might be better off getting a small portable projector screen and a portable projector.
More expensive, but more flexibility.

If you really want a secondary LCD for your laptop, just get the cheapest one as it's bound to get scratched or damaged more severly.
Laptops have a protective layer in the form of the rest of the computer, LCDs don't.
