I have the same version successfully installed on several other laptops and desktops and it works really well.

Just having problems with the Vye though. I assume its a hardware or driver issue.

I've successfully installed build 7100 on my Macbook Pro in parallels.

The image is kept on a verbatim's new 64G SSD in the express card slot.

I noticed this version does not write to the drive so much as vista would do, the 2 OS's now work side by side real fast.

No Idea what I'd use it for though -

started a topic Vye S18 with Windows 7?

    Vye S18 with Windows 7?

Anyone managed to get this to work? For anyone not familiar its a UMPC, currently running XP Pro.

I can get the RC version to install but on booting it just hangs. I've tried safe mode - same thing.

Anyone had more success? Is there anything else I can do during booting or install to try and diagnose the issue?

Is it worth trying a newer build?
