I got mine working in the end. Had to use the Manufacturer's software to get mine working. Gave up using the O2 Software.

    O2 Mobile Broadband

Been having problems getting mine to install the drivers on Vista. Anyone else had problems with getting their E160 USB modem working under Vista?

Can seem to connect to my Wireless via the connect software (Don't know if the internal Wireless adaptor is kicking in on that), but not the mobile broadband. Any pointers would be appreciated.
