JTrac is a very basic defect management tool with not much in the way of reporting

Depending on your server trac can be a joy or a pig to set up.

But if you get it working right it's great, especially if your using subversion.

    Open source bug tracker

I am checking some out for ClientCo. So far looked at

Bugzilla (want to use it but a total pig to set up the perl modules)
Mantis - Looks ok. Reporting not so good, but hey.
Eventum - Look great but functionality holes eg cloning categories from project to project. Reporting looks v good.

    Really need one more.

    Any recommendations?
