Wireless IP Camera?

Hi - any suggestions on which wireless IP camera to buy? I want to be able to connect to it from work, but so many choices and too much technical jargon for me! What does a built-in web server do? Would I need it? Would I need to modify any settings on my current router? If possible, I want to be able to get one of those with tilt/pan facility...

Any advice appreciated.
