it means you can plug a scart cable into the back of it as well as the s-video plugs. I take it you don't spend much time reading vague specifications, this is easy to work out!!

HTHWTF does that mean?This in-line SCART adaptor allows for a video or audio signal via phono sockets or S-VIDEO switched to be input or output without losing the use of a SCART socket as the signal is passed through from back to front.

and rsa(or rca?) cable for audio
I have connected my pc to hdtv using these
