There is an app that allows you to run more than one Outlook instance. The name escapes me, but it shiould be on slipstick.com.

Could you jsut setup a forward rule from one mailbox to the other and then choose one to be your active mailbox?

    Hi
How about asking clientco to set up an exchange server based rule to forward all email sent to "[email protected]" to "[email protected]" then just manage the one account through the web interface...

Multiple Exchange servers in one Outlook instance?

Current working through a consultancy at clientco site.

I have email accounts with both clientco and consultancy and both use Exchange. Unfortunately neither clientco nor consultancy provide pop3 access but they do both have an Exchange web interface.

I currently have to use multiple Outlook profiles and switch between them and keeping calendars and contacts in sync is a nightmare.

Is there an app which can aggregate the email from either account to provide a pop interface so I can have all my email in one Outlook instance? I used to use freepops but it doesn't have an Exchange web plugin. I haven't been able to find anything else on the web.

    Or is there another solution?

Working...
