    PM me if you want some cheap fast webspace

    I host sites for lots of my own clients and therefore lease speedy 2K8 servers in a secure datacenter. Am happy to bung small contractor sites on there for very little.

    You'd get webspace, SQL space and webmail chucked in.

    Could try a CMS like Joomla or Drupel, or download a 30 day trial of Dreamweaver and do it in that (or do some DW dev in a virtual machine so you can keep trialling it... )

    Google Sites - Any Good?

    Hi All

    Finally I've decided to make an effort and build some kind of website I can use to peddle my wares. Any recommendations on what I can use to chuck together a few pages? - the usual stuff - about me, what i do, contact me etc. etc.

    I have been fiddling around with Google Sites this afternoon but it seems terribly slow (unsurprisingly) and a little cumbersome.
