anyways i am sure i will sort a solution out
Try www.myp2p.eu It's where I watch most of the Premier League football without and issue. There are lots of clients, I use Sopcast mainly.

This site hosts streams to a lot of stuff, even reserve games of some football teams. If a proxy is needed check the forums.

You could always just take your Sky box to Austria. You may need a slightly larger dish, but as long as you don't tell them you've moved they'll probably never realise.

If i cant access the sky from abroad then there is no point paying for it.

    any ideas?
    Slingbox.

Best. Thing. Ever. (If you want to watch UK TV when you're abroad).
