Just checked the Home forum. Down for maintenance. Due up anytime now apparently... so why could it not have returned a message to say that

Might be a bit busy at the moment - as the beta has only just gone live the server may be getting hammered I suspect.

The open beta went live yesterday - any of you PS3 owners tried it yet?

I had an invitation to the closed beta a couple of weeks ago, and it does look rather impressive from what I've seen so far.
