    If the only requirement is working with your iphone you can use IMAP and have it checking every 15 mins. Not quite push, but still pretty regular.

    Nope. Use Sherweb now, have done for about 5 months.

    And that sounds like a wise move. I've run my own mail servers for a number of years now (using Smartermail) but these days its just becoming a liability.

    Ridiculous amounts of SPAM to deal with, millions of clowns out there constantly feeling my box up as a relay candidate and other sundry sh1te which means i'm having to monitor and adminster the thing now whereas it used to be a 'set it and forget it' thing.

    Its diverting my time from doing real work.

    To answer the original Q though - Crystaltech are good.

    I'm looking for good, but plenty cheap exchange hosting (with possible sharepoint hosting).

    would love it to be compatible with iphone.

    any suggestions?
