The NetAdvantage lib has too (not that I'm implying anything by that).

They all look roughly the same so it's flip a coin choice. I've already got the NetAdvantage installed.

It a business plan / technical description for a potential customer who wants to do their due dilligance. All I'm doing is a paragraph on each thing that I'm using so I'll say something along the lines of 'previous experence' which is a lie 'coz I had never touched it before.

Clientco went for the DevExpress client component library because they wanted the Office 2007 ribbon bar look. There's a lot of other nice stuff in there as well though including expandable panels, labels and panels with markup support etc.

I swear by the Component One Suite of products for .NET development. The FlexGrid justifies itself as it speeds up development greatly compared with the standard DataGridView in Visual Studio

Which control library for VS 2005/2008?

I have to write justifications for the selection of software that I am using. (Business plans YAWN )

I blagged my way through reasons for MS Windows/SQL Server/VS 2005/2008 etc. However, I’ve got stuck on good reasons for the library of controls that I am using. Dundas charts are easy as it beats the chart controls in the libraries I’ve looked at by miles. I’m using NetAdvantage for the rest for no better reason than someone ‘lent’ me the disks. Apart from the charts, they all seem roughly the same. Does anyone have any good reasons for their choice of control library?
