started a topic Excel format query

    Excel format query

I need to format a cell as follows:

For positive numbers: with a '+' sign and two decimal places
For negative numbers: with a '-' sign and two decimal places
Zero: no sign and no DP i.e. '0'

I've tried cobbling it together but I keep getting things like '+0.'. Any ideas what the custom format should be?

Working...
