Identifying RogueWave libraries

Hi folks, I need some help identifying RogueWave products from the name of the library. I suspect it's Tools++ era and around 8 years old.

Anyone know these?

libstd15d.sl (my guess RogueWave's Standard C++ Library, Tools.h++ ??)
libtls15d.sl
libdbt15d.sl
libctl15d.sl
libthr15d.sl (my guess is Threads.h++)
libnet15d.sl
libint15d.sl
libsqs.sl
