And there is a possibility that if you were copying files, the copy was being cached and appeared to be on the stick. Make sure the cache is written to disk before removing.

    USB Stick Problem

I saved some work on my USB memory stick one morning before work this weel. When it come to retrieving these files at work, not only were they not there but half of the folders on the drive had disappeared.

Is there anyone who knows of a safe, reliable way of retriving these apparently deleted folders?

    Many Thanks

    Dan
