    It's about as big as a laptop but without the attached keyboard, it has a touch screen and is about the thickness of the MAC airbook.

    I've got a Dell Latitude D410, 12.1in screen, about the same size as A4.

    Not the most powerful beast in the world (1.73Ghz, 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD) but does the trick and doesn't break my arm when carrying it.
