I'm on the look out for 3 OrCad schematic capture licences (don't need the PCB layout side necessarily but if one comes with this aspect then I suppose it's a bonus). I know nothing about this stuff so have no idea if it's possible to buy second hand or not. Does anyone have an idea how much I could expect to pay for these?

Also, does a piece of software exist which can generate wiring lists from schematics? If so, what is it and where can I find it (plus how much)?

Oh, and I also need some decent oscilloscopes, power supplies and AutoCad LT licences if anyone's got some knocking around, plus some workbenches, hand tools, etc for a wiring shop.
