HTTP Proxy Firewall/Filter
Really easy question for Network admin gurus in the congregation.

Looking for an application that can be installed on a Windows machine that provides a HTTP Proxy firewall/filter like functionality; spec along the following lines:
Can point the Web browser at the proxy.

Have the ability to set-up filter rules on the proxy application as admin.

Free software.
