I like Outlook 2007, especially the ribbon UI - much more intuitive than menus..

To add a BCC when sending an email, click the Options tab and then select the 'Show BCC' option.. It remains selected for all new email..

In the age of gigabytes of RAM, isn't 52MB negligable?

I use it at home.. Memory usage is about 21MB, which is substantially less than the 73MB currently used by my Outlook 2007.. It does work with Exchange and there is an article on how to here..

3) Probably not.

If you move over to Thunderbird, or Evolution, or any other free mail client, you'll miss a lot of things that you took for granted in Outlook.

I'm gettting a bit sick of outlook 2007 and fancy a change.

Has anyone used Thunderbird?
is it less memory intensive than outlook?
Can it connect to MS Exchange?
