PS3/Nero Home Media Video

Don't have your setup, but in the past I've used WizD (freeware UPnP server) to provide streaming to a networked media player (not PS3).

Not sure if it's capable of what you want to do (on the fly video conversion), but I've always used AutoGK to convert my vids to DivX or Xvid anyway.

I recommend having a shufty at avforums.com, which has extensive info on AV related stuff and is UK orientated too. There's a section dedicated to PS3 and another to Streaming & Network Media Players, so bound to be someone on there that's already posted a similar problem/solution or can help.

I'm using Nero Home Media to convert video "on the fly" when copying video files from my laptop to the PS3.

Having huge problems with lip synch, after 15-20 minutes the sound and vision are out by a huge amount.

Are there any ways to stop this happening? its ruining my lost experience
