Very small ducting/trunking?

I am looking for some very small ducting/trunking which will be used for a single stretch of Cat5 cable.

I had an alarm fitted last year and in the kitchen they needed to use ducting for an additional access point for the alarm and the ducting they used is really tiny. It has been fitted along the top of skirting and around the door architrave and so small that looks like part of the moulding of the wood. I'd guess it is less than 1 cm wide by 5mm (?) deep and rectangular.

This would be ideal but I have not been able to find anything this small in the shops or online so far. The smallest appears to be 16 x 10 mm. Any ideas for a source?
