    Not hard once you understand the boxing model, how rules cascade, etc.

    I find it easier to get some plank abroad to do it for a few pence an hour mind.

    I would say basic css is very easy, but it takes a while to get your head round the more complex stuff.

    Lots of good tutorials floating about the web, just google for them.
