From a testing perspective, they like separate docs for each cycle (system/regression/e2e/uat).
From a PM perspective (which is I take what you are referring to), you can combine them all in one - make refs and schedule in the Strategy doc.

Anyone used this from a testng perspective?
I am struggling with some of this - we are CMM level 1 aspirational, yet have a 10 page strategy and test plan all in one template.
On the other extreme, light touch projects has only a 2cm box for both system and uat tests.
Basically, I need to have a chat with the End2End implementation guy and discuss amending templates to avoid additional seperate testing docs.
Anyone been through this pain??Tags: None
