I currently use a company in Germany for a dedicated box.. Their colocation rack is €99 a month, 100mbit connection.. Not sure what the data allowance is, though..

Also try Northern Colo, based in Manchester. Think they were slightly cheaper than that last time I checked.

Googling brings up quite a few - the cheapest being http://www.a1isp.co.uk/web/ at 40 quid for 1 U server. I am going with them if can't find cheaper.

Interestingly enough , I ve checked a few colocation providers in Eastern Europe , in hope for good prices , but despite the cheap IT market there , colocation goes at about 110 Euro per 1 U rack space with 1 mbps.
