    Place your left hand on the left side of the monitor panel, and then place your right hand on the right side of the monitor panel.

    Using a simple "pull to me" motion, gently lift and rotate the monitor unit downwards towards you, so that the monitor panel is now resting on the surface of the desk.

    I think you will find this adequate.
