Visual Interdev and start debug

I have both .net, visual interdev on a W2K os.
When I try to debug in interdev the debug asks for a user
MyDomain/administrator

But after some hard disk rattling the browser to site running iis
does not come to life.

It worked before anybody got any ideas
dcomcnfg did not seem to go anywhere

It just so happens that .net does not start up debugging either.
