I have a Netgear jobby that works well, it also is a Skype phone, so I just plug it into my LAN at home and free calls

Home phone reccomendations

I'm in the market for new home phone(s).
I want cordless, digital (DECT), at least 2 handsets.
Optional built in answering machine
optional handsfree/speakerphone

Must be able to sync stored names/numbers with the other handsets
Must be able to conference call (2 people on my end of the call)

Any suggestions ?
