    MS Outlook (not outlook express).

    He will also find it very easy to write his own scripts and forms to manage his information.

    Lots of downloads also available which give good templates which can be customised to suit your friends needs.

    Needed Basic Document Management/Knowledge Management system

    I have a friend asking about a system which stores his document linked in such a way that for example...he can store his word document. then store a scanned version of the reply with date, etc.. info and then the reply to that...all linked together so he can do searches and track the replies, do reprints..etc...

    Anyone know of any basic system which do this?
