    Yes there is - find a US based proxy.

    Life is too short to go through all the details on how to do that - much easier to tell you to download eMule and use the $0.00 prepay certificate.

    Has anyone tried using the American $15 iTune prepaid vouchers to download tunes in the UK from the USA iTunes download site?

    Also is there anyway of masking your IP so sites cannot work out which country you originate from?
