Guest repliedit should be okay - new version is about to come out so 9.2 should be pretty stable. My main issues with Oracle are mainly in pricing area and resource consumption (pricing again really).

Guest repliedAt a certain time it is necessary to upgrade to keep support, etc going. Together with the fact that certain application providers offer a choice of versions but would like to go with the latest one. I like to have some feedback on how Oracle 9 is going in the real world and not just rely on feedback from Oracle.

I have a lot DB's at 8.1, is it safe to upgrade to 9.2 or shall I wait?
