Block that address

All web email providers provide an option for filtering and blocking an address. Check their help section.

If you are using ISP or company email, use the filter option in your email client to move the email from a certain address to the trash as soon as it arrives.

OR

There are heaps of free utilities available that do the filtering and blocking for you. Go to pcworld.com and find an appropriate one. Try searching download.com too.

Rogue e-mail

I keep getting this e-mail.. but I dont know any mark.gainey@virgin.net..how can I stop it
