I use a thing called Seavus Project Viewer. http://www.seavusprojectviewer.com/
Costs about 20 quid.

Ahhh, the joys of MS lock-in...
Send your stuff in PDF and demand the same in return. That way, everyone can read everyone else's files. PDF Creator - http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ - is free so there's no excuse from either side.

Can anyone recommend freeware viewers for MS Project Gannt charts and Visio?
As a PM I obviously have to send out project schedules from time to time and often some people don't have MS project installed. I then have to keep saving the file in a different way. Similarly, I get sent Visio produced process diagrams and can't read them. I was thinking of getting MyCo to buy a copy of Visio but if there is a freeware viewer I might as well save my pennies!!
