Voice and SMS API

Hi all,

I'm looking for recommendations for a voice and SMS API provider.

I'm currently sending messages and calls from my home alarm system via a provider called ClickSend but finding them a bit hit and miss and obviously for an alarm system this won't do. Their support is non-existent.
