I've been using the basic tools package for more than a decade now. It's not fancy but it works. I have to manually copy payroll data into my book keeping program but that takes all of 1 minute each month so it isn't a problem. I am the only employee in my company.

Just today I migrated to a new computer. It's a little concerning to see that the latest payetools still uses Python 2 and has 32 bit library dependencies on Linux.

I'm on it, updated, restarted, everything works as expected, although haven't submitted anything yet {EPS/FPS}

Basic PAYE Tools software

Anyone on here use the free version from HMRC? Just downloaded the latest update and now the tool won't open, with just an error message. Have tweeted HMRC already but was wondering if people are having the same experience?
