xmlpad [free] claims to be able to do this... it is a nifty little piece of kit in any case.

I've heard that XML Spy does XSD to DTD conversion, but I can't guarantee it works.

Tool to convert XSD to DTD

Lots of tools out there to convert DTD to XSD.

I need a tool that will convert XSD to DTD.

I know XSD is more powerful, but I have a 3rd party supplier that can only work with DTD and another that can only work with XSD and I'm stuck in the middle with a big pile of XSD files.
