    I cant seem to find anything, I thought there will be something from sparx enterprise architect or an xmlspy plugin but no joy

    AFAIK, there is nothing that will create the type automatically for you. You can populate an existing ADT from XML using the xmlType.toObject property but I don't know if there is anything that can actually create the type for you in the first place.

    If I bump into any of my DBA guru mates at the UK Oracle User Group conference next week, I'll ask them if there is a way to do it, but I'd be surprised if there is.

  • Oracle: creating database types from xsd using automated tool?

    Just wondering if there are any automated tools/scripts that will create Oracle database types from an XSD ......... rather than types to XSD.

    It does not have to be perfect .......
