You can turn the 3d graphics off and any video card that supports at least 800 x 600 will do.

Why don't you buy a PC for the job?

this could be the stumbler, can the flash graphics be turned off so this is not required. If not I am assuming support for Direct 9 or greater.

It kind of runs okish on a p3-800 with 512mb of ram and a Geforce 3 with all the gubbins turned to low.

I'm currently using it on a P4-3.2 dual core with 2048Mb of RAM and an ATI Radeon 1600 with 256Mb of RAM with all the stuff turned on and it's kind of sh1te. MacOS X is much less clunky.

    Vista LOW SPEC PC

What's the lowest spec you ( no Micrsoft ) think Vista can run on.

Probably need to install on a project machine which are very low spec.
