used Zoho as a CRM tool for a start up a couple of years ago, it's quite a good offering but by the sound of what you're looking for there are some simpler solutions

I'm looking at Zoho Sites for building a simple web shop that can be run by a near computer illiterate. Just update product (text + images) and take orders.

Does anyone here have experience with said product or can suggest a better candidate?
