    If it's in any way scriptable then you should be able to pipe the incoming messages through SpamAssassin before delivering the mail to your users.

    In fact, I notice from their website that the new version does exactly that, so you should be able to coax your version to do the same.

    Mail server software IA Mail Server v5 is quite old but works really well. It's anti spam features are not strong enough.
