try

www.breakerlink.com or www.partsgateway.co.uk

I used breakerlink for a wiper linkeage.

Just put in the part requested and a car breaker will call you with the price etc. Easy peasy and I saved over a 100 quid.

Don't forget to check part numbers with the breaker bfore you part with any dosh!

If it's for a German, Swedish or French vehicle, then www.gsfcarparts.com is good IMHO.

FiddleAbout runs one at http://www.autobits.co.uk/store/store.php - have not bought anything from it, but he is a reliable person, think he is still on this forum under other nickname. Mention in order (if you place one) that you are from CUK.

I use an online scrap merchant but I can't remember the URL. Very good prices (Rover 414SLi quarter glass inc postage was £18!).
