    Our local iMax theatre closed down a couple of years ago. Avatar was being shown in cinemas using 3D glasses I think. I didn't bother going.

    No comment as I've not seen the quality of the latest generation of 3D. First (and last) 3D show I've seen was at an iMax theatre 10 years ago.
