    Shetlands don't have to be particularly small. I **think** the max JMB measurement is 10h2 - ok, that still not exactly huge.

    Smallest horses are, I believe, Japanese miniature horses.

    I think Fallabellas are smaller than Shetlands but I prefer a thoroughbred myself. Ohh the speed and energy .
