I kept getting some Arabic sounding bloke last week who started off all guttural with me just saying hello and then he slipped into dodgy German saying he had pressed the wrong buttons. Numerous times. Should I call the Americans?

I keep getting calls from someone in Glasgow trying to score some mince 'n' tatties. What should I do?
