Looking for breast hair remover...

I've been scouting for breast hair removers for weeks now . Veer and the other state on the can that it is for "Underarms" , "bikini area" ( but not genital ) , legs and underarms. BUT NOT for breast area... WTF ? Is everybody breast hairy in this country ...
