Surprisingly Villa seem to be getting a decent run in. Only 4 points off 4th place now!

eric....1 less trophy, we're getting a bit used to this lack of silverware but would definately have taken the FA Cup over 4th spot any day of the week.

Robert's currently firing on all cylinders....good job really, as Sir Bobby's made a big mistake getting rid of Solano today, Villa have a bargain at £1.5m....one of the better creative midfielders we've had for a few years.

What is all this I read in the paper where Shearer said that he would take an FA Cup Win over a Champions League spot any time ? he said that only people in the North East would know what he is talking about ?

That won't endear him to the "Money Men" will it

Anyway, that is all academic now after last night great goal by Robert - again - is he going for a 1-2-3 in Goal of the Season by any chance
