    Then the UK branch of the global client will be on the hook. The SDS is basically a game of pass the parcel. Whomever doesn’t propagate it down the chain is the de facto Fee Payer. You may want to request it and document that but it isn’t your responsibility to ensure they comply.

    Hi All

    I contract through a Polish agency to a global end client who does have a UK presence. The agency does not know or care about IR35. Any views on this? What happens if there is no SDS (I suspect there won't be)
