    If the role is outside the scope of IR35 and your contract is between the end client or the agency and your Ltd co - there is no need to provide anyone with your UTR.

    Just got an offer for an outside IR35 contract for a NHS trust, do I still need a HMRC unique reference number? My agent is saying I don't need it, is this true? It is complicated nowadays.
