Missing business determination letter

I used to operate a limited company a few years ago and am now caught in the MSC topic. I've received the determination letter addressed to the named person but my limited company's address was register at my former accountant. they are not replying to my requests to send the business determination letter. Any recommendations on how to get hold of a digital copy? Can I appeal if I don't have the letter ( using the named person case ref) ?
