Settlement

Probably a question that has already been as we’re before but here goes...

I’m in the process of settling. The settlement letter of which I have to sign.

Has 3 sections in regarding disclaimers.

A] schedule 1a recovery of overpaid tax etc.
B] regulation 52
C] common law

These I take are my signing to say I can’t then force my hand if a JR is successful.
